Impress your delegates by running your next course from our training facilities in Soham. The facility was renovated from floor to ceiling in 2019, creating a unique space that’s fully equipped for work at height training. From theory in the training room to hands-on practical sessions in our 25m tall tower, you can do it all under one roof at the Test & Research Centre.
The facility is also home to our PASMA and Ladder Association training courses, run in partnership with RSC Training.

Tall Tower
- 195 sq m tower (2,098 sq ft), 25m to underside of roof with access gantries from floor to roof
- Open sections allow access from floor to roof
- Possible uses: tower training, rigger training, ladder training, rope access training, MEWP training, etc.
Training room
- 41 sq m (441 sq ft) training room capable of accommodating 16 in boardroom layout, 12 in classroom layout and 27 in theatre style
- Ceiling mounted HD projector with wireless and HDMI connections
Training area
- 312 sq m (3,358 sq ft) training area, comprising of tall tower and ground floor areas
- Toilets and kitchen facilities
- Mixture of steel structure, cladding and blockwork walls for a variety of training uses
